Start the Switch Youth Mentors (Nation wide)

We are looking for a group of young people (aged 17-25) who are able to support 2-3 school environment groups in their state to run sustainability projects in their schools and communities. You will educate, empower and inspire these young people through their change-making journey.

Start the Switch – Schools Climate Presenters

We are looking for a nation-wide team of charismatic and engaging presenters to tour schools in their state, inspiring high school students to take action on climate change. Our Start the Switch program for 2013 aims to reach thousands of young people and give them the opportunity to define their own future.

If you are an outstanding public speaker, are passionate about the climate and are keen to make a difference in 2013, we would like to hear from you!

South Australia

Events and Fundraising Coordinator.

Creating successful events is crucial to ensuring that we can create pressure for action on climate change, and locking in income sources enable the AYCC to do all that it does. We are looking for a team coordinator to manage large-scale events and the AYCC SA budget. In this role, you would be in charge of AYCC SA’s fundraising efforts, help manage the state budget, and organise both large-scale and local events. You will also manage a team of volunteers that will assist organising these events. If you have project management, budgeting or fundraising skills and experience, then apply here today!
